The location of this place is great, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to walk to nearby bars and venues.

We got a room with a tub. Overlooked city.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The rooms at BOK21 were really spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep us cool. We loved having a private bathroom in our double room, and it was equipped with a shower and free toiletries. The city views from the terrace were amazing, and it was a great spot to relax with a cup of tea or coffee from the in-room maker. The free WiFi in the air-conditioned rooms was a convenient feature, allowing us to stay connected. The desk in the room was handy for getting some work done or planning our activities. Having a balcony in all the rooms was a nice touch, giving us a little extra space to enjoy the fresh air.

Personally, I didn't care for the city view from certain rooms, but I understand that others might enjoy it.

They even allowed us to check in early. The hotel entrance felt secure with a number pad for entry. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Ado station and Isla Mujares ferry, with plenty of restaurants in the area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
